We want you to love your Yu Mei Bag. If it's not right, full priced items purchased online may be returned for an exchange, credit or refund with Yu Mei within 7 days of receipt for New Zealand purchases, and 10 days of receipt for international purchases.

Items purchases through the Yu Mei Lounge in Wellington may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or Yu Mei credit provided they are in original unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact, accompanied by proof of purchase. Yu Mei reserves the right to decline any returns.

Contact must be made via contact@yumeibrand.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods advising us of return.

Yu Mei will be offering a Click and Collect service for our Customers during Alert level 3 in our Auckland Lounges. You can select “Click & Collect” at check out when shopping online, if it is placed before 11am this will be fulfilled by our team for same day delivery, otherwise it will be ready the next day. You can pick up anytime between 12pm & 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Yu Mei ships to most locations including worldwide via DHL. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

If you are unable to select your country please get in touch with us via contact@yumeibrand.com. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order has processed it will be handed over to our trusted delivery service and you will receive and email with tracking details.
