We want you to love your Yu Mei Bag. If it's not quite right, full priced items in original condition and purchased on yumeibrand.com may be returned for a refund with Yu Mei within 21 days of receipt for New Zealand purchases, and 30 days of receipt for international purchases.
Purchases that are accepted for a refund must be refunded to the original payment method, so if you were gifted a piece that isn’t quite right, we would be happy to chat through options with you via email or in person, at one of our Lounges.
We offer free returns for online purchases within New Zealand. Simply return to one of our Yu Mei Lounges, or contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for your return to be posted back to us.
If you are outside of New Zealand you may return your purchase to us, however the return postage would be your responsibility. We would highly recommend using a traceable shipping method as Yu Mei does not accept responsibility for any lost returns, and for international purchases Yu Mei will not refund any costs associated with Customs or Duties.
Items purchased through the Yu Mei Lounges in Wellington, Commercial Bay or Newmarket may be returned within 21 days for an exchange or Yu Mei credit. In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have all original tags and packaging intact. Your return must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Yu Mei reserves the right to decline any returns. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Yu Mei will be offering a Click and Collect service for our Customers during Alert level 3 in our Auckland Lounges. You can select “Click & Collect” at check out when shopping online, if it is placed before 11am this will be fulfilled by our team for same day delivery, otherwise it will be ready the next day. You can pick up anytime between 12pm & 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Yu Mei ships to most locations including worldwide via DHL. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
If you are unable to select your country please get in touch with us via email@example.com. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Once your order has processed it will be handed over to our trusted delivery service and you will receive and email with tracking details.
Within New Zealand, 1 – 3 working days via tracked Courier Post
Australia, 1 – 4 working days via tracked DHL
Rest of world, 2 – 10 working days via tracked DHL
Please note that your order may incur duties or GST when shipped outside of NZ. Yu Mei Ltd does not cover these charges and is not liable for any fees incurred; although we will always do our very best to ensure a smooth delivery to you.
